100 Christmases on the radio!

The centenary of radio in our country has been the cornerstone of our Christmas celebrations. Children have demonstrated to us the significance of this medium in our recent history. Through choreographies and dances, they have brought back memories of the initial impact of rock & roll, the first sports broadcasts, the moon landing, the Christmas lottery draw, the success of radio stations playing popular hits, and more.

Their songs have also touched us deeply: from the delightful Christmas carols of the young ones to the poignant songs (about peace and friendship) of the elderly.

Families, children, and teachers have all joined in singing together!
