Comprehension through reasoning in Maths

When utilizing the Innovamat platform, our students engage with tools and manipulatives, both in Catalan and English. This program greatly excites our students, enhancing their critical thinking skills and reinforcing their understanding of mathematics.

The primary objective is to encourage students to think critically by fostering comprehension through reasoning. Innovamat provides resources for solving mathematical problems that range from basic challenges for younger students to more intricate ones for older learners.

This year, we are fortunate to have Innovamat specialist teachers in grades 5 and 6, allowing us to support our students further while providing training for our educators.

We are very pleased with this partnership at our school; however, the most significant outcome is that our students feel motivated and can recognize their progress in learning mathematics.
